Winter is a time for rest, reflection, and renewal—not for chasing New Year’s resolutions or striving for a “new you.”

Instead, it’s an opportunity to align with the natural rhythms of the Earth.

While the calendar may say January marks the New Year, I follow the Earth’s timeline, where new beginnings naturally bloom in the Spring...

This two-week offering invites you to slow down, nurture yourself, and embrace the unique energy of winter.

What You’ll Receive Each Week:

4 recipes to nourish and warm your body each week

3 practices to support your physical wellbeing

2 meditations to nurture your heart

1 ritual to align your spirit

WHAT THIS EXPERIENCE IS (AND ISN'T)

This is NOT a prescriptive program. Think of it as a choose-your-own-adventure:

• No diets

• No cleanses

• No fasting, calorie counts, or food restrictions

• No rigid protocols, intermittent fasting, or protein goals

Instead, this is a gentle two-week respite to:

• Tend to the animal of your being with food, practices, and rituals.

• Attend two 75-minute Q&A sessions to receive guidance, support, and feedback (one each week)

• Share your heart and receive connection wherever you are on your healing journey

The live sessions will be hosted on Wednesday, February 5th at 1:00 pm and Wednesday, February 12th at 4:30 pm Pacific TimeReplay access will be provided following each call for those who are unable to join live or wish to revisit the experience.

A Note for Those Who Struggle with Winter...

I honor that this dark, slow season can feel heavy for many. Not everyone loves winter or “wintering.” This offering is designed to provide tending and connection to help you navigate a season that might feel challenging. My hope is that you leave feeling supported, equipped, and nourished to move through winter with greater ease.

Join me for two weeks of embracing winter and nurturing your whole self. This isn’t about changing who you are—it’s about coming home to yourself.

Almost everything will work again if you unplug it for a few minutes, including you. Stop. Rest. Breath. Start again. Each day is a reset, a clean slate, and a chance to meet yourself exactly where you are. You don’t need to fix everything today. Some things will untangle themselves when you stop pulling so hard.

MEET MEGAN

First and foremost I’m a mother, wife to my favorite human, friend to my favorite people, and earth tender to a small farm in the Columbia River Gorge in Oregon where I have one horse I provide sanctuary for and a wildlife habitat I tend and care for.

I spend my working days helping people redefine and heal their complex relationships with health, guiding them away from the noise and overwhelm of the wellness industry and toward a path of authentic well-being.

I specialize in working with women navigating:

Chronic health conditions and complex autoimmune issues

  Cancer diagnoses

Fertility challenges and the trauma that often accompanies them

Significant trauma (Capital T) and its impact on health

Hormonal transitions, including perimenopause and menopause

My approach is rooted in compassion, relationship, and a deeply holistic perspective. I aim to honor the unique needs of every individual, providing a space for healing, recovery, and transformation.

With 14 years of working and teaching under my belt, I’m a Functional Nutritionist with an MS in Human Nutrition and Functional Medicine, Health Coach, Herbal Educator, Teacher, Intuitive Nourishment Guide, and Functional Nutrition and Lifestyle Practitioner specializing in supporting women to navigate the wildly complicated terrain of healing. I'm also about to start my masters degree in clinical mental health.

"Working with Megan was extremely comforting at a time when my health issues felt overwhelming… What I love about how she approaches things is that she intuitively knows when to be caring and gentle, and when to help you set boundaries and stick to them. Both soft and lovingly firm, she’s not afraid to kick you in the butt a little if you need it (I often need it!)!! LOVE her!"

"I’ve worked with Megan for over 3 years and it has arguably been the most valuable time I’ve invested in myself… She was easily able to identify what was causing the issue and made recommendations that lead to fixing the problem. I can’t say enough great things about Megan, but one of my absolute favorites is her empathy… she somehow always knew how to give me strength to take control, one thing at a time. I’m in a much better place in my life, and in my belly… She’s a superhuman Nutritionist, Scientist, Life Coach, and sounding board all in one."
